About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in computer hardware sales. The role requires a strong understanding of IT products along with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals across B2B and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in computer hardware sales
- Promote and sell products such as desktops, laptops, POS machines, printers, peripherals, and networking equipment
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and corporate customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications in a simplified manner
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in computer hardware / IT product sales
- Strong knowledge of hardware products (PCs, laptops, printers, POS systems, etc.)
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
Preferred Profile
- Experience in B2B sales or channel sales will be an advantage
- Existing network of dealers, distributors, or corporate clients is a plus
- Candidates from IT hardware, POS, or electronics sales background preferred
