Job Responsibilities:
- Draft quotations and send them to clients.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding sales inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage client databases and update records.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks.
- Organize and schedule meetings with clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and report to management.
