About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-focused, and experienced in scaling campaigns across multiple paid channels while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Own day-to-day campaign management including targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Track and analyze campaign performance against key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversions.
- Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to improve efficiency and scale growth.
- Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of tracking tools, pixels, and conversion events.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to develop high-performing campaigns and landing pages.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance or paid digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (additional platforms are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
