Revit Rebar Detailer – Immediate Joining
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Revit Rebar Detailer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit rebar modeling, BOQ generation, and sheet preparation for structural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D rebar models in Autodesk Revit for RCC structural elements.
- Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings and shop drawings.
- Generate BOQ/BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) from Revit models.
- Create and manage construction sheets and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and BIM teams for clash-free modeling.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and specifications.
- Update and revise models based on client/engineering comments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong experience in Rebar Modeling.
- Good knowledge of RCC structural detailing and reinforcement standards.
- Experience in BOQ/BBS generation and sheet creation.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processes.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum [2] years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
