Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Typically 1–5+ years in the offset printing and packaging industry, with previous supervisory experience.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of offset printing processes, machinery, and materials (ink, paper, substrates).
- Proficiency in color theory and color management software.
- Knowledge of prepress file formats and quality testing (e.g., material thickness, dimensions, color gamut ).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for coordinating between departments and clients.
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
