Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Execute projects as per scope, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Team & Site Coordination
- Manage project teams, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and track performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and progress reviews.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports.
- Handle client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
- Track expenses, billing, and resource utilization.
- Identify and control cost overruns.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure project execution meets quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct inspections and resolve issues.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Evaluate vendor performance.
Project Closure
- Ensure snag-free completion and final handover.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports.
- Close project with client approval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Management or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant project management experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
