About the Role
Managing the Founder's office of a high-growth, dynamic organization expanding its footprint across India at scale. The key deliverable is to enable the Founder to operate efficiently by managing day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail and discretion. This includes calendar and email management, meeting coordination, travel planning and visa documentation, expense tracking, vendor and stakeholder coordination, document management, confidential record-keeping, and ownership of a wide range of administrative tasks that keep the Founder's office running seamlessly.
Beyond day-to-day administrative responsibilities, this role offers close, first-hand exposure to how a Founder operates and scales a fast-growing business. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently, often within short timelines. The role also requires flexibility to occasionally work across international time zones based on business requirements.
As the Founder's Office handles sensitive business, financial, and personal information, a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administrative rhythm of the Founder's office, including correspondence, filing, and ad-hoc requests as they arise.
- Manage the Founder's calendar and inbox, scheduling, prioritizing, flagging what matters, and resolving conflicts across meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and offsites, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups on action items.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams (such as Finance, HR, and Legal) and external partners, vendors, and consultants on the Founder's behalf.
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries.
- Handle visa applications and documentation, including US visa renewals, coordinating with agencies and consulates as needed.
- Track expenses, reconcile bills, and coordinate with vendors and service providers on ongoing administrative needs.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, and manage renewals of key personal documents, including passport renewal and other time-sensitive paperwork.
- Handle sensitive financial documents, such as bank statements, and other confidential paperwork with complete discretion.
- Prepare notes, summaries, and basic presentations or reports to support the Founder ahead of meetings and reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Founder's Office or working directly with upper management is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable drafting correspondence, notes, and reports on the Founder's behalf.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, internal and external.
- Impeccable integrity, discretion, and composure, as this role comes with access to confidential and financial information.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace, and comfort picking up new tools and systems quickly.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in office or business administration are a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
