Design Architect
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to contribute to residential, commercial, and interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, technical drawings, 3D models, and client presentations.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and architectural details.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent creativity, communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Experience in residential or luxury design is preferred.
