Kanika's Nursing Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling student inquiries, counseling prospective students about courses, following up on leads, and supporting the admissions process. Telecallers typically handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain lead records, and help convert inquiries into admissions.
Position: Telecaller Executive
Location: Chandigarh
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle incoming admission-related inquiries.
- Provide information about courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.
- Counsel students regarding competitive exams, nursing officer recruitment, NORCET, PGIMER, and other nursing career opportunities.
- Achieve admission and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams for student support.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions counseling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
