We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients -
Explain our services clearly and professionally -
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication -
Handle customer queries and provide the right information -
Generate leads and support the sales team
- Maintain basic call and customer records -
Build a good relationship with customers through effective communication
Requirements: -
Good communication and convincing skills - Fluent in Tamil; basic English knowledge is an advantage -
Confident and friendly attitude -
Good listening and interpersonal skills -
Ability to handle customers professionally -
Previous telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage
