About the Role
Innobuzz Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and generate new opportunities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, networking, lead generation, and building business opportunities within the event and experiential marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, references, LinkedIn, cold calling, and market research.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct business meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and explore opportunities for collaboration.
- Prepare proposals and business pitches in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, or New Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Event Management, Advertising, Media, Marketing, Exhibitions, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
