Job Summary
Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Center is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining professional standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients' health status and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and treatment rooms.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical practices.
Eligibility
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- NICU experience is preferred for the Salem (NICU) position.
