The Role
As a Conference Sales Executive you are the person that will fill seats at our events. You will connect with business professionals across Europe, introduce them to ACI conferences that matter to their industry, and convert those conversations into confirmed delegate registrations. No two days are the same and your earning potential grows every month you hit your numbers.
What You Will Be Doing?
- Making outbound calls and sending targeted emails to business professionals across Europe to promote our events
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
- Generating your own leads and identifying new sales opportunities with energy and creativity
- Presenting delegate packages persuasively and closing deals with confidence
- Smashing monthly and quarterly sales targets and celebrating when you do
- Keeping your pipeline clean and sharing regular performance updates with the management team
Who We Are Looking For?
We care far more about your attitude and energy than the length of your CV. Here is what will set you apart:
- You are based in Pune or are ready and willing to relocate here
- You speak and write fluent English and are completely comfortable chatting with clients across the UK and Europe on the phone
- You have between 0 and 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or any role where you had to win people over. Freshers are absolutely encouraged to apply
- You are self-motivated and do not need someone standing over your shoulder to hit your numbers
- You stay calm and focused in a fast paced, target driven environment
- You have a genuine curiosity about the business world and a love for connecting with new people
