The role focuses on managing the entire quality engineering function with an emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Assist junior team members in understanding automation best practices and troubleshooting issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to data warehouse environments.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation technologies to develop robust test scripts.
- Understanding of database concepts and query languages to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
