Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract Engineer to manage subcontractor agreements, tendering, rate analysis, and contract administration for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for contract finalization.
- Monitor contract compliance, variations, and claims.
- Conduct rate analysis and support cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Billing, and Site teams.
