Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer (L3) to design, deploy, migrate, secure, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 capabilities, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, endpoint management, security, compliance, and enterprise migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 administration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical leadership for Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
- Implement Microsoft 365 E3/E5 identity, security, compliance, collaboration, and endpoint management capabilities.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Entra Connect, hybrid identity, and authentication services.
- Deploy and administer SCCM/MECM, including site roles, boundary groups, OSD, task sequences, application deployment, patching, reporting, and Intune co-management.
- Lead Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, and identity objects.
- Execute Active Directory migration, domain or forest consolidation, user and computer migration, Group Policy migration, and post-migration validation.
- Create PowerShell automation, technical documentation, SOPs, migration plans, and implementation reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Proven experience delivering Tenant-to-Tenant migration, Active Directory migration, and SCCM deployment projects.
- Ability to independently lead L3 escalations, assessments, implementations, migrations, and customer-facing engagements.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
