As a Assistant Manager/Travel Consultant specializing in the Australia process, you will be responsible for managing team, assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other travel services specific to Australia. You will ensure a seamless travel experience by providing expert advice, managing reservations, and handling all ticketing and documentation requirements while ensuring compliance with travel regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations for travel to Australia via phone, email, and in person.
- Issue tickets and other necessary travel documents.
- Assist customers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and special travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or disruptions during travel.
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and Australian immigration regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in travel consulting, ticketing, or customer service, preferably for Australia travel.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and airline reservation platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies
Shift Timings :- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
