Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Aptitude Trainer to prepare engineering students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and recruitment assessments. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, problem solving and interview readiness to improve their placement success
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical & Analytical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension
- Data Interpretation
- Puzzle Solving
- Prepare students for campus recruitment tests conducted by IT, Core Engineering, and MNC companies.
- Design and deliver structured training modules, study materials, worksheets and mock tests.
- Analyze students' performance and provide personalized feedback and improvement plans.
- Conduct regular aptitude assessments, quizzes and practice sessions.
- Train students on time management and problem-solving techniques.
- Coordinate with the Placement Cell to align training with company specific recruitment patterns.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions and soft skills sessions whenever required.
- Track student progress and submit periodic performance reports.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management or related field.
- Prior experience in aptitude training for engineering or management students is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, reasoning and verbal ability.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment patterns of leading companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
- Student mentoring and motivational skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–5+ years of aptitude training experience in colleges, universities, or training institutes.
- Experience in training students for companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Deloitte, HCL, LTIMindtree, Tech Mahindra and other campus recruiters.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Improvement in students' aptitude test scores.
- Campus placement selection ratio.
- Student attendance and engagement.
- Timely completion of training modules.
- Positive student and employer feedback.
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance / Visiting Faculty
Location: On-Campus
Salary: No Bar for Deserving Candidates.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
