Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting within a fast-growing manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and financial documents.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed CA Intermediate, CMA, or M.Com will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or project experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with ERP software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
