Job Description
1. Quality Planning
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and inspection criteria.
- Establish quality standards in alignment with customer requirements, industry regulations, and internal goals.
- Participate in design and process reviews to ensure quality is built in from the start.
2. Quality Control & Inspection
- Monitor production processes through in-process inspections and final product checks.
- Monitor installation and commissioning process through site inspections before handover to customer.
- Use measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment to verify product quality.
- Maintain inspection records for traceability and compliance audits.
3. Process Improvement
- Identify root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with standards and industry regulations
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
- Provide training to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
6. Customer Support
- Address customer complaints and lead investigations into non-conforming products.
- Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Maintain a feedback loop between customer requirements and production processes..
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
