Work Hours: 2pm IST to 11pm IST(During Day light 3PM IST to 12am IST)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days from the office/week)
Experience Required: 3-6 Years
Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding for both FTEs and contingent workers (UK experience preferred).

About Role:
As the People and Culture Administrator, you will report directly to the People and Culture Director and play a vital role in our employee life cycle. With support from the P&C director, you will ensure all HR administrative and operational processes are completed with care, compliance, attention to detail and efficiency to always ensure the best experience for our new employees and contingent workers.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding Employees

Full ownership of employee onboarding with oversight from People & Culture Director.

With support from the People & Culture Director, complete, send and file all new employee contracts before their start date, always maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Liaise with new employees to ensure all pre-contract and day 1 right to work checks are completed to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Using our HRIS System Workday, onboard all employees into the platform at least 1-week pre start date, escalating any issues to the P&C Director.

Using HiBob, ensure all employees are set up with the correct annual leave set up and approval controls.

Work in collaboration with the IT on site team and Paige ticketing platform to ensure all new starters have the necessary equipment for their first day.

Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure all new starters have the necessary server access, Adobe and Google licensing and any other required software set up for their first day.

Monitor in house stock and proactively order new devices where required, with approval from People and Culture Director.
Onboarding Employees

Using Workday onboard all contingent workers into the HRIS platform as soon as possible. This will often be a very short lead time and urgency and efficiency will be crucial!

Liaise with the P&C Director and department heads on contract extensions, ensuring freelancers are extended in Workday and access retained, escalating any access issues to the P&C Director immediately.

Ensure all new contingent workers are integrated with D365 through the Workday platform.

Support the Head of Finance and People & Culture Director with freelancer set up, contracting and payment on YunoJuno where required, including raising POs for freelance time.
Onboarding Employees

Liaise with the P&C Director to ensure all employees and contingent workers are offboarded correctly in Workday, paying extra attention to cases where access retention is key.

Monitor returning company equipment and ensure stock is up to date and accounted for.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in Onboarding to Offboarding – FTE’s and Contingent (Mandatory)

Microsoft Proficient (Outlook, Teams, Excel,)

Maintaining accuracy in detail-oriented processes

High level of organisation and time management across administrative processes

Experience of using HRIS systems, knowledge of Workday is highly desirable

High level of confidentiality and professionalism always
