About Us
ITR B2B is a growing accounting and taxation firm providing professional services including Accounting, GST Compliance, Income Tax Return Filing, TDS, Payroll, ROC Compliance, and Business Registration. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to help us connect with potential clients and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Introduce the company's accounting and taxation services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client responses, and follow-ups.
- Update lead information in Excel, CRM, or other software.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Confidence in speaking with business owners over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)
