We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for Truckiyard, a fast-growing tech-enabled logistics platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention activities. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer interaction records and updates
Issue Resolution
- Identify customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints
Customer Retention
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
- Support retention initiatives and engagement activities
- Help improve overall customer experience
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily reports and customer logs
- Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / CRM / Telecalling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- CRM experience is an advantage
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in logistics, SaaS, or tech support roles is a plus
