Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments accurately, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Order Management: Take customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, relay them to the kitchen, and assemble takeout orders.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, provide recommendations, and handle complaints professionally.
- Cash Reconciliation: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Station Maintenance: Keep the register, counter, and surrounding areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Team Coordination: Assist servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
