Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh or equivalent qualification in the respective specialty.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong patient-care orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients within the respective specialty.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
