Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Loan Operations Manager to manage end-to-end loan operations, including pre-sanction and post-sanction processes, loan disbursement, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge and leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Loan Operations Team
- Oversee end-to-end Loan Disbursement Process
- Handle Pre-Sanction & Post-Sanction documentation
- Ensure proper verification and compliance checks
- Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Legal, and Risk teams
- Monitor TAT and maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Handle SDFC-related processes (as applicable)
- Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and present MIS and operational reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
