Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, script, and manage end-to-end YouTube content, from ideation to publishing and optimization.
2. Research trending topics in AI, SaaS, and sales to create relevant YouTube videos.
3. Collaborate with the team on video shoots, editing briefs, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
4. Track YouTube analytics such as watch time, CTR, and audience retention, and use insights to improve content performance.
5. Create Instagram reels, carousels, and stories that resonate with founders and sales teams.
6. Manage the content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
7. Convert product updates, customer success stories, and sales tips into engaging social media content.
8. Respond to comments and DMs while actively engaging and growing the online community.
Other requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or video content; YouTube experience is a strong plus.
2. Strong understanding of YouTube fundamentals, including thumbnails, titles, retention, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
3. Good writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and natural-sounding content.
4. Comfortable creating short-form content for Instagram, including reels, stories, and carousels.
5. Strong understanding of why certain content performs better than others.
6. Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and deriving actionable insights from analytics.
7. Proactive mindset with the ability to generate content ideas independently.
8. Bonus: Experience with video editing tools, Canva, or similar platforms.
9. Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or workflow automation.
10. Bonus: Interest in SaaS, AI, or B2B products.
