Job Title: Service Sales Executive
Location: Guwahati
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Service Sales Executive to strengthen our service sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for AMC renewals, generating service revenue, preparing quotations, following up on payments, and visiting customers to promote service-related business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with existing customers.
- Generate revenue through service sales activities.
- Prepare and submit service quotations to customers.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.
- Conduct regular field visits to customer sites.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for additional service business and contract renewals.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, renewals, and payment status.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Prior experience in service sales, AMC sales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
