Retail Sales Associate – Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Restock shelves and ensure product availability
- Explain product features, offers, and promotions to customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively
- Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Build positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business
- Follow company policies and operational guidelines
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
