Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires engaging with users and clients directly, whether remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established procedures and operational frameworks to maintain service reliability and ensure smooth functioning of various technology platforms. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of the daily routine, contributing to overall service excellence and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting endpoint management solutions.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure components including operating systems and network fundamentals.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to application platforms and system configurations.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist users effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with users and technical teams clearly and professionally.
4–8+ years of experience in application packaging
Strong expertise in:
o MSI packaging (InstallShield, AdminStudio, Wise, or similar)
o Intune Win32 app deployment
o SCCM application model
Hands-on experience with: Silent installs and switches and Registry/File system monitoring tools
Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of: User vs system context installs and 32-bit vs 64-bit compatibility
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Ability to debug and optimize scripts
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with:
o MSIX packaging and conversion
o App-V (legacy environments)
o Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / VDI environments
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
