We are seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence across major e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and other online channels. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace account management, sales growth, catalog management, promotions, inventory coordination, and performance optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Account Management
- Manage seller/vendor accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace account-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to drive business growth.
Catalog & Listing Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and content quality across platforms.
- Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Monitor category trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics.
- Drive product visibility and conversion improvements.
Promotions & Advertising
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Manage advertising activities including Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate participation in major sale events and marketplace campaigns.
Inventory & Operations Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure inventory availability to prevent stock-outs.
- Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Track order fulfillment and marketplace performance metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze marketplace KPIs including:
- Sales Revenue
- Conversion Rate
- Buy Box Performance
- ROAS
- ACOS/TACOS
- Return Rate
- Inventory Health
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations.
Customer & Issue Resolution
- Monitor customer feedback and ratings.
- Address marketplace escalations and operational issues.
- Coordinate with support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Experience managing Flipkart Seller Hub and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of catalog management and listing optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
- Experience with e-commerce analytics tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
