Xamtac is building an AI-powered marketing ecosystem that helps businesses plan, create, organize, launch, automate, and measure their marketing across multiple channels.
We build tools that combine AI agents, campaign automation, CRM workflows, reporting dashboards, email and SMS systems, asset generation, and client-facing collaboration features.
We are growing fast and working with a wide range of clients, with a strong focus on Med Spas, clinics, and service-based businesses. Experience working with medical, aesthetic, clinic, healthcare, or appointment-based businesses is a strong plus.
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Agent and Full Stack Developer to help us build both our internal Xamtac Tools and custom AI-powered systems for client projects.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can own projects from idea to production. You will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, deploying, debugging, and improving AI agents, voice systems, SMS workflows, CRM automations, dashboards, and web applications.
You must be an expert in ElevenLabs, AI agents, GoHighLevel, and Twilio. These are core requirements for this role, not nice-to-haves.
You should also be comfortable building full stack applications with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, and you should be comfortable working with AWS.
This role is ideal for someone who can take a business workflow, understand the goal, design the technical solution, and ship a reliable system that works in the real world.
What You’ll Work On
You will work across two main areas:
1. Xamtac Tools
You will help build and improve our internal and client-facing tools, including dashboards, admin systems, automation tools, reporting features, AI workflows, campaign management systems, client portals, and CRM-connected systems.
2. Client Projects
You will build custom solutions for clients, including AI voice agents, SMS automations, GoHighLevel workflows, Twilio integrations, dashboards, appointment workflows, lead follow-up systems, and marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities
Own technical projects from planning through launch, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
Build and maintain AI agents for lead follow-up, sales, support, appointment booking, internal operations, and client workflows.
Create AI voice experiences using ElevenLabs, including voice generation, conversational flows, and integrations with CRMs, databases, and communication tools.
Build SMS, calling, and communication workflows using Twilio.
Create and manage GoHighLevel workflows, automations, CRM objects, pipelines, triggers, webhooks, calendars, forms, and contact-based systems.
Develop full stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
Build dashboards, internal tools, admin panels, client portals, and reporting systems.
Connect AI agents to real business systems, including CRMs, databases, APIs, marketing tools, appointment systems, webhooks, and analytics dashboards.
Deploy and maintain systems using AWS.
Debug issues across frontend, backend, database, API, cloud infrastructure, AI tools, and third-party platforms.
Turn client requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
Improve existing systems so they are more reliable, easier to maintain, and easier to reuse across multiple clients.
Work directly with the team to identify technical gaps, propose solutions, and move projects forward quickly.
Required Experience
Expert-level experience with ElevenLabs.
Expert-level experience building AI agents in production, including prompt design, tool calling, conversation flows, API integrations, context handling, function calling, memory, error handling, and deployment.
Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, automations, CRM objects, opportunities, pipelines, triggers, webhooks, calendars, forms, contacts, custom fields, and SMS/email automations.
Expert-level experience with Twilio, including SMS, voice, phone numbers, webhooks, call routing, messaging workflows, and production debugging.
Strong experience with Next.js and React.
Strong TypeScript skills.
Strong Tailwind CSS skills.
Strong experience with Prisma.
Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, queries, migrations, and performance basics.
Comfortable working with AWS for hosting, storage, serverless functions, background jobs, deployments, monitoring, and reliability.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and building webhook-based systems.
Experience building dashboards, internal tools, admin systems, client portals, or automation platforms.
Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and ship production-ready systems quickly.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to figure things out without needing every step defined.
Helpful Experience
Experience working with Med Spas, aesthetic clinics, healthcare clinics, dental offices, wellness businesses, or appointment-based service businesses.
Experience with HIPAA-aware workflows or medical/clinic data handling.
Experience building automations for lead response, missed call text-back, appointment booking, reactivation campaigns, patient follow-up, sales pipelines, and review generation.
Experience with marketing agencies, CRM systems, paid ads workflows, lead management, or client reporting.
Experience building reusable automation templates that can be adapted across multiple clients.

Build systems that help our team launch client automations faster and more reliably.
