What You'll Build
At GreedyGame, you'll work on products that process large volumes of advertising, analytics, and monetization data powering the mobile ad ecosystem.
This is not a frontend-heavy role. We are looking for engineers who are strong backend builders with hands-on Golang experience and can confidently build and maintain React-based user interfaces.
You will own features end-to-end—from database design and API development to frontend implementation and production deployment.
Must-Have SkillsGolang (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on production experience building backend services in Golang.
Strong understanding of goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns, and memory management.
Experience building REST APIs, background workers, event-driven systems, or microservices.
Ability to debug production issues, optimize performance bottlenecks, and write maintainable Go code.
React & Frontend Development
Experience building production-grade applications using React.js.
Strong understanding of component lifecycle, state management, rendering behavior, and API integration.
Experience working with Next.js is preferred.
Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management solutions.
Databases & Infrastructure
Experience designing and optimizing SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing, transactions, and schema design.
Experience working with Redis for caching.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments is highly preferred.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience working on ad-tech, analytics, fintech, gaming, SaaS, or other high-scale platforms.
Experience handling systems serving millions of API requests or large-scale datasets.
Strong understanding of observability, logging, profiling, and production debugging.
Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or side projects built using Go.
We May Not Be the Right Fit If
Most of your experience is frontend-focused with limited backend ownership.
You have only academic, training, or side-project exposure to Golang.
You have not worked with Golang in a production environment.
You prefer narrowly defined tasks over end-to-end product ownership.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, you will:
Ship production-ready features across the frontend and backend.
Build and optimize scalable Golang services.
Improve system performance and reliability.
Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews.
Take ownership of features from design through deployment.
