Key Responsibilities:
- · Instagram Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and reach organically and through paid methods.
- · Content Creation: Plan, design, and produce high-performing Reels, static posts, and stories aligned with brand aesthetics and trends.
- · Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaborations: Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations for maximum reach and ROI.
- · Paid Advertising: Run and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager for Instagram and Facebook; track performance and optimize results.
- · Social Media Campaigns: Conceptualize and launch engaging social media campaigns for product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
- · Meta Business Suite & Insights: Schedule posts, monitor performance, and generate insights reports using Meta Business Suite.
- · Community Management: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty and trust.
- · Trend Research & Engagement Strategy: Stay updated on platform trends, viral content formats, and engagement techniques to keep content fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- · Proven experience (1-2 years) in managing and growing brand social media accounts, particularly Instagram
- · Strong portfolio of past Reels, posts, and campaign work
- · Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- · Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices
- · Hands-on experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management
- · Creative mindset with video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, InShot, or Adobe Suite)
- · Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
