Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project alignment, and driving value through process improvements. Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma.
- Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
- Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
