Job description:
We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer and AI Specialist. The primary responsibilities include designing graphics, motion graphics, AI images, videos and animations, as well as driving our social media marketing execution. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality content while executing our established marketing plans under the direct guidance of management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, social media, and presentations.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content for multiple platforms.
- Execute social media marketing activities based on our existing strategy and plans, working closely under management's daily guidance.
- Create "scroll-stopping" content and write natural, human-sounding copy that aligns with our specific marketing playbooks and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with management to thoroughly understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet exact strategic objectives.
- Ensure all visuals rigorously follow brand guidelines, consistency, and quality standards.
- Support ad-hoc design tasks, including presentations, banners, and promotional material.
- Maintain organized files, versions, and project documentation.
- Keep up with design trends, tools, and social media changes to suggest creative improvements that fit within our overall vision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics & AI images and videos.
- Hands-on experience managing social media pages and executing targeted digital marketing strategies.
- Strong skills AI, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to take clear direction, follow strategic roadmaps, and implement feedback from management.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle varying workloads while staying aligned with the broader plan.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong graphics, motion graphics, and animation work is required.
- Diligent, responsible, and proud of accountability in delivering tasks on time and with quality.
