Job Title: Executive – Business Development
Job Description
- Promote and sell Spice, Seasoning, Oils, and Oleoresin products across different market regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
- Visit clients regularly to generate orders and maintain strong business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Ensure product availability and proper display at customer outlets.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, or spice sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Preferred Qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (DL).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, or spice/raw material handling will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
