Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage finance, accounting, and compliance operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and expense analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliance filings
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government departments
- Maintain compliance records, documentation, and audit data
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting/ Semi qualified CA
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and statutory regulations
- Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector preferred
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
