- Take food and beverage orders accurately.

- Attend to guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Set up tables and dining areas before service.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.
- Clear used dishes, cutlery, and glasses promptly.
- Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle food and beverages safely and hygienically.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
