Key Responsibilities:
- Handle gold loan appraisal and processing as per company policies.
- Verify customer KYC documents and ensure proper documentation.
- Evaluate gold ornaments and determine loan eligibility.
- Maintain branch cash, gold packets, and daily transaction records.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
- Maintain branch registers, MIS reports, and audit records.
- Support marketing and local business promotion activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of gold appraisal and valuation.
- Understanding of NBFC operations and gold loan procedures.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle branch-level responsibilities independently.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Minimum 0–10 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC sector.
- Experience in reputed gold loan companies is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,508.04 - ₹20,773.63 per month
