Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling payments and receipts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions.
- Verify invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain salary, attendance, and payroll-related records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Supervise and guide accounts staff.
- Prepare budget and expense reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounts and finance.

Working Hours:
As per company policy.
Salary:
Based on experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
