Key Responsibility
- Machine Setup: Interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate grinding wheels, and setting machine parameters.
- Operation: Loading and unloading work pieces, monitoring the grinding process, and making necessary adjustments.
- Quality Control: Using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify dimensions and surface finish.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the grinding machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and wheel dressing.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with the grinding process or machine malfunctions.
