About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a high-impact enterprise transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and enterprise CRM implementations, with hands-on experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, Salesforce org migrations, and Agile delivery.
This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements.
- Participate in Salesforce org migration initiatives, including field mapping, data validation, and migration planning.
- Coordinate with technical teams and third-party application owners for Salesforce integrations.
- Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-offs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale CRM transformation projects.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and best practices.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience working on large enterprise CRM transformation or digital transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce org migrations and complex data mapping activities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party sales applications.
- Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in enterprise mergers, acquisitions, or CRM consolidation programs.
- Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce Sales capabilities.
- Experience working with global enterprise organizations and complex Salesforce ecosystems.
