Business Development Manager – Interior/Civil

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for interior and civil projects
- Acquire new clients (architects, builders, corporates, homeowners)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop sales and business growth strategies
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Handle presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in Business Development
- Experience in Interior Design / Civil Engineering industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, renovation, and civil works
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong Chennai market network is an added advantage
- Qualification: Any Graduate
