Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in back-end technologies, database management, and front-end development while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications.

Develop robust and efficient back-end services using PHP, Laravel, and the Lumen framework.

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Next.js.

Create, optimize, and maintain MySQL and MongoDB databases.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices.

Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and quality assurance teams.

Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and Agile development activities.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor IDE and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve development productivity, code quality, documentation, and debugging.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and the Lumen framework.

Experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases.

Good working knowledge of Next.js for front-end development.

Demonstrated proficiency in AI-assisted software development, including the effective use of Cursor IDE and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Experience with Git and version control systems.

Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
