Job Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Performance Management:
- Assist with the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and support the implementation of training programs.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits and leave requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
