Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Receive and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's services clearly and effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for consultants, where required.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to communicate politely and confidently over the phone.

Salary
- 8k - 10k or As per experience and performance.
- Performance incentives may be provided.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Lead Generation, or BPO will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
