About the Role
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive who will support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, recruitment and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, approachable and good at communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and references.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain interview and candidate records.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
2. Employee Attendance & Leave
- Maintain daily employee attendance and late/early-leaving records.
- Track leaves, half-days and absenteeism.
- Maintain employee leave records.
- Follow up with employees regarding attendance and leave-related issues.
3. Employee Documentation
- Maintain employee personal and employment records.
- Prepare joining letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files and ensure required documents are collected.
- Keep HR records updated and organised.
4. Payroll Support
- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Verify salary-related attendance, leave and deduction data.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for payroll processing.
- Maintain salary and employee-related records confidentially.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports and employee databases.
- Support PF, ESI and other statutory documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
6. Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee birthdays, celebrations, meetings and engagement activities.
- Support internal communication and team activities.
- Assist management in maintaining a positive work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
