Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Present products or services to potential clients via phone or virtual meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
