Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients
- Follow up on leads generated from exhibitions and workshops
- Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of client relationships
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
- Monitoring social media channels and gathering insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential leads.
